The Solar Plexus Chakra otherwise know as Manipura in Sanskrit, located between the navel and rib cage, allows us to heal the negative emotions associated with our personal power challenges such as confidence and self esteem.

Blocks in this Solar Plexus Chakra causes over sensitivity to criticism, fear of rejection, low self esteem, the lack of recognition, lack of personal boundaries, fear of change, indecisiveness & anger & resentment for giving our power away to others.

When this energy centre is balanced we can experience more courage and will power to take action towards what we desire in line of our values, so we can move away from living as a victim of circumstances and be the person we are meant to be.

This Chakra opens and reacts to the Mantra RAM and Musical note of E.  I have composed an piano composition using an intuitive freestyle of play within the key of E and added vocal recordings of the Mantra RAM.
