We can all benefit from improving the quality of sleep in our lives. I have created a soothing sleep music video called ‘Moonlight Ambience‘ to support anyone who has difficulties falling asleep at night time.

A good night’s sleep is incredibly important for health and is just as important as exercising and eating well.

Due to our modern lifestyles sleep deprivation is affecting at least a third of the western population. Poor quality sleeping patterns often affects our physical and mental states and the ability to maintain healthy relationships. Common mental health problems like anxiety and depression are often related to insomnia difficulties.

Sleep deprivation can have detrimental effects on the blood pressure, immune system, metabolism and appetite regulation. Children who get insufficient sleep at night are more likely to become overweight. Lack of sleep also impairs a person’s ability to focus and learn efficiently.

Ready to relax? Play the video

The intention of the soothing sleep music video is to allow you 5 minutes of dedicated time to prepare for sleep.

The reason I created such a short video was to allow you to relax without the worry of drifting off with the music continuously playing in the background. This is because silence also plays an important part for maintaining a sleepy state.

Click on the below image to start the journey and enjoy.

Watch in high definition on a full screen.

Mobile phone: First play the video and then place your mobile phone into a landscape position for the full screen effect.

PC Desktop: Expand the screen by selecting the small white square located on the bottom right corner of the video.

Use the white clog to adjust the HD playback setting if required. The highest HD setting you can use is 1080p.

The creation of the Soothing Sleep Music Video

I created the piano composition with an intuitive free flowing style of play. The pace of the music aims to slow down the listener’s brain wave frequency to reach a deeper state of relaxation.

I added a vocal mantra SHAM to help gently unblock the Third Eye Chakra which is associated with imagination, ideas, inspiration and intuition. If you experience trouble sleeping then this is an indication that the Third Eye Chakra might be out of balance and needs some attention.

The slow moving images of the moon, night sky light along with calming owl sounds within the video also aim to promote sleepiness.

Your valuable comments for the Soothing Sleep Music Video

I also welcome you to share with me any sleeping difficulties you maybe experiencing, or alternatively any sleep health tips you wish to share. Either way I look forward to responding to you.
